
Released in December 2011, Plugger is a SaaS (software as a service) to manage contacts and business opportunities. Aimed at micro and small businesses and freelancers, Plugger provides safe and easy-to-use tools to manage business and develop a customer relationship management strategy.
Plugger allows you to create an address book with profiles of leads, customers, suppliers and others which are sorted by relevant tags that can be added freely. Moreover, you can create restricted contacts, write notes with information about each contact and attach files to them.
Plugger also offers a tool to remind you about important information such as meeting dates, of getting back in touch with someone or signing a contract.
The Commercial Module
This module was added to Plugger to make the management of sales and business opportunities available. Thus, it is possible to relate business opportunities to contacts and control the progress of each one of them.
From now on, Plugger displays a complete list with the status of every sale allowing us to create reports to see more clearly the performance of your sales team, since each opportunity can also be related to a Plugger user.
